TERMS AND CONDITIONS:


GENERAL:

★ There are three categories of rooms i.e. Deluxe rooms, Suite rooms and Family rooms making it a grand total of 12 rooms in the property.

★ Early check-in and late check-out are chargeable as per the Hotel policy. It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. Such documents can be either an Indian Aadhaar Card, Indian Driver’s License, Indian Voter ID card or Indian or International passport. PAN cards are not accepted. Hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in in the absence of a valid identification document.

★ Check in time is 2:00 pm and Check out time is 11:00 am

★ Our services start from 7:30 am till 10:00 pm.

★ Season rates are applicable from 10th April till 5th July and 10th December till 31st Jan.

★ We don’t have room service, however if the guest has a special request we indeed do the needful.

RESTAURANT AND FOOD & BEVERAGE:

★ Meals are served in our restaurant and terrace area overlooking the Himalayan mountains.

★ Orders can be placed from 8:30 am till10:00 pm

★ Breakfast Buffet timings are from 8:30 am to 10:00 am and dinner buffet timings are from 8:30 pm to 10:00 pm.

★ Lunch is placed on prior order for which timings are from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

★ Snack orders take place from 11:00 am till 8:30 pm only.

★ An aLa carte’ option is available from where lunch and snack items can be ordered.

★ Buffet charges for breakfast is 700 INR per plate.

★ Dinner charges for vegetarians is 920 INR per plate and for non-vegetarian is 1100 INR per plate.

★ As items prepared are fresh, it would take about 20-30 minutes for the order.

★ Guests are requested to inform the staff about the oil and spices preferences, so that we are able to deliver seamlessly.

★ Please inform us of any food allergies or restrictions. Being a Boutique property we are able to change our menu according to our guests needs and preferences.

★ Guests bringing any food from outside isn’t allowed in the kitchen. However, if someone has a special request, we can consider it.

★ The Hotel undertakes no liability for the shelf life of the food which is taken away to the Hotel after an event at the Hotel or taken outside the Hotel for private consumption.

★ BBQs are charged INR 5000 with two servings of four snacks (veg and non-veg both)

★ Pets are not allowed in the restaurant area.

★ Drinking is not allowed in the restaurant area and other indoor places.

CANCELATION POLICY:

★ Pets are charged INR 1000 per head per night along with food and bedding.

★ Guests with pets are requested to stay in the Suite rooms.

★ Pets are given separate bedding and aren’t allowed on the bed.

★ We request that dogs are kept on a lead when in public spaces and that you utilize the dog bins provided when required.

★ We ask that if you leave your dog in your room unattended (only for a little while please) that you advise reception so that any of our team who need to service your room or make deliveries to it are aware. We don’t unfortunately have appropriate facilities for giant breeds.

★ Extra charges are applied if hygiene and cleanliness is not maintained by the guest towards the pet.

ROOMS:

★ All our Suites and Deluxe rooms have a King size bed along with a single bed attached.

★ The Family rooms have two King size beds.

★ A sofa cum bed is provided in all the rooms.

★ Guests with pets are requested to opt in for the Suites category as there is a garden nearby.

★ Physically challenged and elders unable to take the stairs shall opt for the Suites category.

★ Four adults preferring to stay together should opt in for the Family room.

★ Being an environmentally conscious hotel we believe in water conservation hence we change our linen after three days only.

★ Guests are also requested to switch off the lights, heaters and other electrical appliances once they leave the room.

★ Carry minimal plastic bags in the hotel premises.

★ We have a solar heating water system installed for which hot water comes in all the bathrooms.

★ Guests are requested not to create any disturbance or noise in the room that can hinder the other guests’ experiences

RESERVATIONS:

★ Bookings are only confirmed after 50% of the payment has been received. (30 days prior to arrival).

★ Cover charges for an early check in remain INR 3000 and for a late check out are INR 2000 per room.

★ If canceled 30 days prior - 50% of the amount to be refunded that has been deposited.

★ If canceled 15 days prior no amount to be refunded the amount can be redeemed within a year as per the booking date.

★ Certain privileged booking rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation, refund or any change. The Customer is therefore advised to check the room description and any such conditions carefully prior to making a booking. We are not be liable to cancel or refund any monies or alter any bookings, if booking is made under such privileged booking rates or special offers such as during new years/ Christmas and on heavy weekends during season

★ Group Cancellation (5 rooms and above): Group cancellation made 25 days prior to the arrival date shall incur cancellation charges ‘beyond 100% will be charged through length of stay.

★ An extension of stay is liable to be offered at rate/offer applicable at the time the extension request is made. In case, the original offer at which the reservation was booked has expired at that time, the hotel is not liable to offer a room at the original rates but at current rates on offer.

★ Blocking of a room is valid for two days only except on weekends.

★ Travel Agents (B2B rates) are valid from July to November and Feb to March.

OTHER CHARGES:

★ Children up-to 5 Years of age can stay free (cribs subject to availability). Additional charges may be applicable for children between 5 and 11 years. 12 years and plus will be charged as per extra adult rate.

★ Charges for an extra adult remain as per mentioned.

★ Drivers and Helpers are charged INR 1500 per head per night along with food and accomodation.

★ Heaters on request are provided and are charged INR 500 per night per room in summers.

★ Bonfire charges are INR 1000 per hour.

★ Gas charges for heating additional food by the guests remain as 500 INR.

★ Charges for treks and other activities are listed on the website.

STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

★ Smoking is strictly prohibited in the enclosed areas, especially the bedrooms

★ Drinking is not allowed in the restaurant area and other indoor places.

★ The transport to the airport and nearby places around is provided as an ancillary service and the Hotel is not accountable to whatsoever happens to the guests during such transits.

★ Management and staff work hard to provide a safe and secure environment. We do everything possible to ensure a secure environment is maintained and we ask that our guests do also. The Hotel takes no responsibility for any personal possessions that are lost, stolen or misplaced whilst on the premises due to the acts and omissions of the guests themselves.

★ Hotel reserves the right to send guests away from the Hotel due to their conduct and behavior or for any other safety, security, medical reasons. This applies in particular, if Guests do not observe instructions given by Hotel employees, express themselves in a discriminating manner, harass or endanger other guests.
★ Guests will not be permitted to compromise the health, safety and security aspects of the Hotel at any point of time.

★ Neatness and hygiene should be adequately maintained by the Guest. The Guest should always adhere to the safety, security and hygiene advice duly provided by the Hotel and should avoid breaching the same. The Guest will be solely responsible for any such violation if identified.

★ All the assets and valuables of the Hotel should be duly maintained adequately and should not be damaged or destroyed. The Hotel has the discretion to levy any charges in future if it is proven beyond doubt that such damage/destruction to the asset of the Hotel (both movable and immovable) have been done or caused by the Guest.

★ We do our best to ensure reservation arrangements are satisfactory, however, the property does not accept any liability for any loss financial or otherwise, travel delay, injury, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events which are beyond our control. These include, but not limited to, flight delays or cancellations, civil disturbance, defects in vehicles, strikes, theft, acts of terrorism, natural disaster, war, fire, floods, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, changes to Government regulations, accident to or failure of machinery or equipment, maintenance requirements or industrial action.

★ The Hotel does not accept any liability for any failure by the Hotel to comply with these conditions where such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

★ Guest voluntarily agrees and permits the Hotel representatives to profile the guest from the public domain to ascertain the details of the guest and render adequate hospitality services to them during their stay in the hotel.

★ You shall indemnify and hold the Hotel harmless in respect of any liability, loss, damage, cost and expense of any nature arising out of, and/or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation and your stay in the Hotel.

★ The Hotel shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by the Hotel.

★ The Hotel does not accept any liability for any failure by the Hotel to comply with these conditions where such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

★ If the Hotel waives any rights available to it under these conditions on one occasion, this does not mean that those rights will automatically be waived on any other occasion

CANCELATION POLICY:

★ In case of any cancellation a written notice must be sent on the email address [email protected] as early as possible.

★ Changes on the booking are subject to availability only as mentioned above.
