CANCELLATION POLICIES:
In case of cancellation or any amendment in your booking kindly send a written notice on the email: [email protected] as earliest.
We have a No Cancellation policy that can only be redeemed/adjusted within a year as per your booking.
( Amount to be refunded only in case of natural calamities such as extreme rainfall or snowfall)
Changes of bookings are subjected to availability.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. GST 5% is charged on food and 12% on all other services
2. Check in time is 2:30 pm and check out is 11:00 am
3. Drivers & Helpers are charged 500 per head per night along with food and accomodation.
4. Bookings are confirmed only after 100% of the payment
5. Pre-bookings are released 15 days prior to arrival if no payment has been received.
6. Incase of any reservation made within 30 days or more prior to arrival, the hotel must receive 100% of the advance within 10 days.
EXTRA MELAS AND OCCUPANCY:
All of our Suites and Deluxe rooms have a King size bed along with a single bed attached in every room. The Family rooms have two King size beds in each. There is a sofa cum bed provided in all the rooms. Guests with pets are requested to opt for the Suites category.
Physically challenged not able to take the stairs should opt for the Suites category as well.
Guests are requested to inform well in advance of any food allergies or restrictions. Being a boutique property we are able to change our menu according to our guests' needs and preferences. We don't allow food to be served in the rooms as we don't have the provision for room service. During the time of outdoor meals such as picnic and candlelight dinners, a staff member is assisted.
